Help ODS: How to use the Business Data Repository (BDR) for ozone depleting substances

Article 27 of Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009 requires that each company producing, importing and/or exporting into the EU, feedstock user, process agent user and destruction facility must annually report their activities concerning controlled substances (ozone depleting substances covered by the Montreal Protocol). Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009 also extends to five additional substances having an ozone-depleting potential (new substances) for producers, importers and exporters.

The purpose of this website is to make it easy for companies to fulfil this reporting obligation.

Here you will find guidance on:

How to get a BDR login and register for reporting

This website and the ODS Licensing System share the same EU login. EU logins are assigned to persons which may register their companies in the ODS Licensing System. Only companies registered in the ODS Licensing System can use the reporting tool.
